If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help!
We offer free exchanges within 14 days of receiving your order. You can return your product for store credit or a different product.
Please note the following exceptions to our exchange policy:
- Discounted items are final and cannot be exchanged.
- Exchanged items must be returned in original packaging.
- Exchanged items must have no visible signs of wear or use.
To initiate an exchange, please complete the below.

Additional Information:
- Exchange products will take approximately 4 days to process and shipped out. Store credit will be available immediately upon arrival of returned item(s).
- All shipping fees will be the customer's responsibility unless an error was made by Love Trends.
